摘要
在数字化浪潮的推动下,供应链作为连接多个参与主体和环节的复杂行动者系统,其数字化转型对企业可持续发展的影响日益凸显。基于行动者网络理论,利用A股上市公司2009-2022年数据,采用双重差分方法实证检验供应链数字化对企业环境、社会与治理(ESG)的影响及其作用机制。研究结果表明:(1)供应链数字化显著提升企业ESG水平,此结论在经过一系列稳健性检验后依旧成立;(2)机制分析表明,在供应链数字化的推动下,供应链中的各类行动者,通过供应链金融与绿色联动创新等复杂的互动关系,增强了供应链中各类行动者的协同效应,共同促进了企业ESG水平的提升;此外,新质生产力正向调节供应链绿色协同创新的中介效应;(3)异质性分析表明,供应链数字化对低供应链效率、非高新技术企业、低卖方势力和高买方势力企业的ESG影响尤为显著;(4)进一步分析发现,供应链数字化存在同群效应,但表现为企业间被动模仿的负向效果。基于本研究的结论,建议政府扮演指挥棒与协调者的角色,引导并促进企业ESG的发展;链上企业应充分利用数字化技术,加强各行动者之间的协同配合,构建统一的ESG生态系统。
Driven by the digital wave,the supply chain,as a complex system connecting multiple entities and links,has seen its digital transformation become a core driving force for enterprises to achieve sustainable development.Based on the actor-network theory.using the data of Chinese A-share listed companies from 2009 to 2022,a difference-in-differences method is employed to empirically examine the impact of supply chain digitalization on the environmental,social,and governance(ESG)of enterprises and its mechanism.The research results show that:(1)Supply chain digitalization significantly improves the ESG level of enterprises.This conclusion remains valid after robustness tests;(2)Mechanism analysis indicates that under the impetus of supply chain digitalization,various actors in the supply chain,through the dual-path interactive relationship of supply chain finance and green linkage innovation,enhancing the synergy among various actors in the supply chain and jointly promoting the improvement of the ESG level of enterprises.In addition,new quality productive forces positively moderates the mediating effect of supply chain green collaborative innovation;(3)Heterogeneity analysis shows that supply chain digitalization has a particularly significant impact on the ESG of enterprises with low supply chain efficiency,non-high-tech enterprises,low seller power,and high buyer power;(4)Further analysis reveals that supply chain digitalization has a peer effect,but it manifests as a negative effect of passive imitation among enterprises.Based on the conclusions of this study,it is suggested that the government play the role of a conductor and coordinator to guide and promote the development of enterprise ESG;enterprises on the chain should fully utilize digital technologies,strengthen the coordination and cooperation among various actors,and build a unified ESG ecosystem.
