摘要
农作物重金属污染元素区分是目前农业遥感关注的焦点。农作物受到重金属污染后,虽然体内叶绿素含量发生改变,造成反射率光谱数据出现微弱异常,但是光谱反射率间相似性极高。本文设计了叶片光谱处理方法(LSPM),实现了玉米重金属铜铅污染元素区分。通过设置不同浓度的重金属铜铅污染花盆实验,利用高光谱仪器获得了玉米出穂期的叶片反射率光谱数据和重金属铜铅含量数据。首先利用叶片数据的450~850 nm的反射率数据进行吸光度变换(AT)和一阶微分(FOD)处理,获得吸光度微分(AF)数据;然后利用AF数据曲线探寻重金属铜铅污染下反射率光谱间的微弱差异,区分污染元素类别;最后采用交叉验证的方式验证LSPM的有效性,减少随机误差的产生。研究结果不仅可以为农作物冠层尺度重金属污染研究提供基础理论,还可以推广应用至野外及影像尺度。
Distinguishing heavy metal pollution elements in crops is currently a focus in agricultural remote sensing.After crops are contaminated by heavy metals,although the chlorophyll content in the plants changes,causing slight anomalies in the reflectance spectral data,the similarity between spectral reflectance is extremely high.This paper designed a leaf spectral processing method(LSPM)to differentiate copper and lead pollution elements in corn.By conducting pot experiments with different concentrations of copper and lead pollutants,hyperspectral instruments were used to obtain leaf reflectance spectra and heavy metal content data during the corn flowering period.First,the reflectance data from 450-850 nm were subjected to absorbance transformation(AT)and first-order differential(FOD)processing to obtain absorbance differential(AF)data.Then,the AF data curves were used to explore the slight differences in reflectance spectra caused by copper and lead pollution,distinguishing the types of pollution elements.Finally,cross-validation was used to verify the effectiveness of LSPM,reducing the occurrence of random errors.The results not only provide foundational theory for heavy metal contamination research in crop canopies but can also be applied to field and image scales.
