摘要
目的:观察经皮冠脉介入治疗联合达格列净、丹参注射液治疗急性心肌梗死的临床疗效。方法:选取2023年7月—2024年2月郁南县人民医院收治的60例急性心肌梗死患者,均接受经皮冠脉介入治疗,采用随机数表法分为对照组(常规治疗)与观察组(达格列净联合丹参注射液治疗),各30例。比较两组治疗前后心功能(LVEDV、LVEF、NT-proBNP)、炎症因子(IL-6)、血脂、尿酸及不良心血管事件发生情况。结果:观察组在治疗3、6个月后的LVEDV、NT-proBNP、IL-6、TC、TG以及尿酸均低于对照组,LVEF高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组出现再发心肌梗死、心绞痛、心力衰竭、死亡等的不良心血管事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经皮冠脉介入治疗联合达格列净、丹参注射液治疗急性心肌梗死可有效改善患者心功能、降低炎症因子及血脂水平,并减少不良心血管事件的发生。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of percutaneous coronary intervention combined with dagaglizin and salvia miltiorrhiza injection in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction.Methods:A total of 60 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from July 2023 to February 2024 were selected and all of them received percutaneous coronary intervention.They were divided into control group(conventional treatment)and observation group(treatment with dagaglizin combined with salvia miltiorrhiza injection)by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Cardiac function(LVEDV,LVEF,NT-proBNP),inflammatory factors(IL-6),blood lipids,uric acid and adverse cardiovascular events were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After 3 and 6 months of treatment,LVEDV,NT-proBNP,IL-6,TC,TG and uric acid in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and LVEF was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of recurrent myocardial infarction,angina pectoris,heart failure and death in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Percutaneous coronary interventional therapy combined with Dagaglizin and salvia miltiorrhiza injection in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction can effectively improve the cardiac function,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and blood lipids,and reduce the occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events.
