摘要
目的:调查老年高血压患者健康问题解决能力现状并分析其影响因素。方法:采用方便抽样法,选取2024年2~8月在贵州医科大学附属医院就诊的301例老年高血压患者作为调查对象。采用一般资料调查表、简明中文版健康问题解决量表、高血压相关知识量表、高血压病人自我效能评价表和社会支持评定量表进行调查。结果:老年高血压患者健康问题解决能力得分为16.53(14.07,18.68)分,多元回归结果显示,老年高血压患者的高血压治疗方式、居住地、高血压相关知识得分、自我效能、社会支持以及家庭人均月收入是老年高血压患者健康问题解决能力的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:老年高血压患者健康问题解决能力仍有较大提升需求,护理人员应该关注老年高血压患者的健康问题解决能力,根据其现状和影响因素实施干预,以提升老年高血压患者的健康问题解决能力和自我管理水平,促进患者健康行为的形成。
Objective:To investigate the current status of health problem solving ability of elderly hypertensive patients and to analyze their influencing factors.Methods:A convenience sampling method was used to select 301 elderly hypertensive patients who attended Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from February to August 2024 for the survey.A general information questionnaire,the brief Chinese version of the Health Problem Solving Scale,the Hypertension-Related Knowledge Scale,the Hypertensive Patient Self-Efficacy Scale,and the Social Support Rating Scale were used to conduct the survey.Results:The health problem solving ability score of elderly hypertensive patients was 16.53(14.07,18.68),and the multiple regression results showed that the hypertension-related knowledge score,self-efficacy,social support,and per capita monthly family income were the influencing factors of the health problem solving ability of elderly hypertensive patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:Elderly patients with hypertension still have the need to improve their health problem solving ability.Nursing staff should pay attention to the status of health problem solving ability of elderly hypertensive patients and implement targeted interventions according to their current situation and influencing factors in order to improve the health problem solving ability and self-management level of elderly hypertensive patients and to promote the formation of patients' health behaviors.
