摘要
MYB转录因子作为重要的转录因子基因家族之一,在植物表皮细胞的发育过程中发挥重要作用。根据MYB结构域中相邻重复序列的数目以及种类的不同,将MYB分为4个亚族,其中R2R3-MYB为植物MYB转录因子中最大的一类亚族。此外,MYB转录因子广泛参与植物的表皮细胞发育过程,为了更加深入的了解MYB转录因子对于植物表皮细胞发育的调控作用与分子机制,该研究从MYB转录因子的结构特征与分类出发,了解MYB转录因子调控植物器官表皮细胞发育的功能以及调控表皮细胞发育的分子机理,归纳MYB转录因子在调控植物叶片、果实、花瓣、生殖器官的表皮细胞发育以及分子机制的研究进展,为MYB转录因子调控表皮细胞发育的生物学功能与分子机制提供参考依据。
MYB transcription factors,as one of the important gene families of transcription factors,play a crucial role in the development of plant epidermal cells.Based on the number and type of adjacent repeat sequences in the MYB domain,MYB is divided into four subfamilies,with R2R3-MYB being the largest subfamily among plant MYB transcription factors.Furthermore,MYB transcription factors are extensively involved in the development of plant epidermal cells.To gain a deeper understanding of the regulatory role and molecular mechanism of MYB transcription factors in plant epidermal cell development,this study started with the structural characteristics and classification of MYB transcription factors,explored their function in regulating the development of plant organ epidermal cells and the molecular mechanisms underlying epidermal cell development,and summarized the research progress on the regulation of epidermal cell development in plant leaves,fruits,petals,and reproductive organs by MYB transcription factors,providing a reference for understanding the biological function and molecular mechanism of MYB transcription factors in regulating epidermal cell development.
