摘要
铈含量对阳极化槽液性能的优劣起决定性作用,亟需开发一种适用于该体系的快速检测方法。为此,提出一种基于库仑滴定法的阳极化槽液中铈含量快速分析方法,并以优化后的分光光度法作为参照方法验证其可靠性。在此基础上,探讨氧化剂用量、加热时间对测定结果的影响。实验结果表明,库仑滴定法具有操作简便、灵敏度高、重复性好等优点,适用于工业现场快速检测。
Cerium content plays a decisive role in the performance of the anodizing bath solution,it is essential to develop a rapid detection method suitable for this system.This study proposes a fast analysis method for cerium content in anodizing bath solutions based on coulometric titration,and the optimized spectrophotometric method is used as a reference to verify the reliability of this approach.The effects of oxidant dosage and heating time on the measurement results are investigated.Experimental results demonstrate that the coulometric titration method offers advantages such as simple operation,high sensitivity,and good reproducibility,making it suitable for rapid on-site industrial detection.
