摘要
讨论了镧铈合金的氧化以及熔融制样时预氧化阶段氧化剂和熔剂的配比以及样品的预氧化过程,达到快速对镧铈合金的预氧化。同时通过对镧铈合金中镧、铈元素的分析通道、晶体类型、探测器类型以及分析过程中X光管的管流和管压进行实验,确定最佳的分析条件,建立应用曲线消除干扰,实现了镧铈合金快速分析。本方法精密度高,分析结果准确,实验效率高,各成分误差值均能满足分析要求,为生产工序过程的控制以及进购物料的结算提供了准确快速的数据。
This paper discusses the oxidation of lanthanum cerium alloy and the ratio of oxidizer and flux in the pre-oxidation stage of molten sample preparation as well as the pre-oxidation process of samples,so as to achieve rapid pre-oxidation of lanthanum cerium alloy.At the same time,the analysis channel of lanthanum,cerium element in lanthanum-cerium alloy,crystal type,detector type,as well as the X-ray tube flow and tube pressure in the analysis process are tested,the best analysis conditions is determined,the application curve is established to eliminate interference and to achieve the rapid analysis of lanthanum-cerium alloy.This method has high precision,accurate analysis results,high experimental efficiency,and error values of each component can meet the analysis requirements.It provides accurate and fast data for the control of production process and the settlement of incoming shopping materials.
