摘要
数智技术重构了媒体记忆的建构逻辑与实践场景,传统新闻编辑室垄断的记忆权威面临平台分权、技术解构与多元主体博弈的多重挑战。本文基于组织社会学视角,引入行动者—系统—动力学理论(ASD),建构数智时代媒体记忆的三维分析框架:社会结构维度,揭示平台规则体系对职业理念的形塑与记忆伦理风险;物质环境维度,剖析技术可供性催生的超时空记忆体验与失控隐忧;行动者维度,阐释多元主体协作与对抗的复杂网络。本研究还据此提出三重优化路径:建构价值共享的记忆阐释共同体,实现平台逻辑与记忆价值的平衡;重塑人机协同的生态基础,促进技术赋能与人文导向的动态互构;构筑互联共通的展演空间,激发连接性记忆生态的活力与集体认同的向心凝聚。
Digital-intelligence technology has reshaped the logic and practice of rmedia memory con-struction.while the memory authority traditionally monopolized by newsrcoms faces multifaceted chal-lenges from platform decentralization.technological deconstruction.and the multi-actor contention.From an organizntional sociology perspective.this paper introduces the Actor-System Dynamis(ASD)theory to construct a three dimensional analytical framework for media memory in the digital-intelli-gence age.The dimension of social structure reveals how platform rule systems shape professional ide-als and pose ethical risks to media memory.The dimension of material environmentánalyzes the tran-scendent memory experiences and concerns about loss of control.The dimension of actors explains the complex network of collaboration and confrontation among multiple actors.Based on this framework.the study proposes three optimization pathways:building a value-sharing memory interpretation com-munity to balance platform logic and memory value;reshaping human-machine collaboration to achievedynamic interplay between technological empowerment and humanistic orientation.and building inter-connected performance space to stimulate the vitality of connective memory ecology and foster the cohe-sion of collective identity.
