摘要
目的:分析老年膝骨关节炎患者膝关节置换术后自我超越能力的影响因素。方法:选取2023年3—12月该院收治的122例老年膝骨关节炎(KOA)患者进行横断面研究,统计老年膝关节置换术后患者自我超越能力[中文版自我超越量表(CSTS)]评分,采用多元线性回归分析老年膝关节置换术后患者自我超越能力的影响因素。结果:113例老年KOA患者膝关节置换术后CSTS评分为19~58分,平均(41.24±7.53)分,处于中等水平;无经济收入、空巢老人、疼痛灾难化≥38分、正念水平15~40分、Kellgren-Lawrence分级4级等老年膝关节置换术后患者CSTS评分较低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);经多元线性回归分析结果显示,无经济收入、空巢老人、疼痛灾难化≥38分、正念水平15~40分、Kellgren-Lawrence分级4级等均为老年膝关节置换术后患者自我超越能力的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:无经济收入、空巢老人、疼痛灾难化≥38分、正念水平15~40分、Kellgren-Lawrence分级4级等均为老年膝关节置换术后患者自我超越能力的影响因素。
Objective:To analyze influencing factors of self-transcendence ability in elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA)after knee arthroplasty.Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted on 122 elderly patients with KOA admitted to the hospital from March 2023 to December 2023.The self-transcendence ability[Chinese version of self-transcendence scale(CSTS)]scores of these elderly patients after knee arthroplasty were statistically analyzed.Multivariate linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of the self-transcendence ability in the elderly patients after knee arthroplasty.Results:The CSTS score of the 113 elderly patients after knee arthroplasty was 19-58 points,with an average of(41.24±7.53)points,which was at a medium level.The CSTS scores of the elderly patients with no economic income,empty-nest elderly people,pain catastrophizing≥38 points,mindfulness level 15-40 points,and Kellgren-Lawrence grade 4 after knee arthroplasty were lower,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The multiple linear regression analysis showed that no economic income,empty-nest elderly people,pain catastrophizing≥38 points,mindfulness level 15-40 points,Kellgren-Lawrence grade 4 were all influencing factors affecting the self-transcendence ability of the elderly patients after knee arthroplasty(P<0.05).Conclusions:No economic income,empty-nest elderly people,pain catastrophizing≥38 points,mindfulness level 15-40 points,Kellgren-Lawrence grade 4 are the influencing factors affecting the self-transcendence ability of the elderly patients after knee arthroplasty.
