低品位细脉型黑白钨矿合理选矿工艺研究

摘要 钨矿是重要战略性金属矿产,我国高品位钨矿资源枯竭,低品位细脉型黑白钨矿开发利用尤为重要。但矿石品位低、嵌布粒度细、组分复杂,给选矿工艺带来极大挑战。传统选矿方法难以达到理想效果,可分析矿物学特性,结合现代矿物加工技术,提高精矿品位,降低选矿成本,减少对环境影响。本文针对低品位细脉型黑白钨矿选矿需求,系统分析该类矿石特性,探索对应选矿工艺。优化预处理、重力选矿、浮选技术及联合选矿工艺,提高矿物解离度。对选矿工艺经济效益、环境影响展开评估,提高低品位细脉型黑白钨矿资源利用率。 Tungsten ore is an important strategic metal mineral.With the depletion of high-grade tungsten ore resources in China,the development and utilization of low-grade fine vein type scheelite is particularly important.However,the low ore grade,fine embedded particle size,and complex composition pose great challenges to the beneficiation process.Traditional mineral processing methods are difficult to achieve ideal results.By analyzing mineralogical characteristics and combining modern mineral processing technology,the grade of concentrate can be improved,mineral processing costs can be reduced,and environmental impact can be minimized.This article focuses on the beneficiation needs of low-grade fine vein type scheelite,systematically analyzes the characteristics of this type of ore,and explores corresponding beneficiation processes.Optimize pretreatment,gravity beneficiation,flotation technology,and combined beneficiation process to improve mineral dissociation degree.Assess the economic benefits and environmental impacts of mineral processing technology,and improve the utilization rate of low-grade fine vein type scheelite resources.
