摘要
江西某钨矿为了改善选矿指标,针对矿浆pH值难以调节,浮选药剂用量大和浮选效率较低等问题,进行了一系列条件试验,系统考查了各药剂用量对浮选产品指标的影响。试验结果表明:在磨矿细度-0.074 mm43%,pH值调整剂Na_(2)CO_(3)+NaOH用量(500+50)g/t,钨粗选捕收剂YS-34%^(#)+YS-135^(#)用量400 g/t,加温精选抑制剂水玻璃+硫化钠用量(120+2)kg/t,矿浆浓度67%的最佳条件下,经1粗1精2扫和加温后4次精选,获得了WO_(3)品位55.56%、回收率95.69%的钨精矿。
In order to improve the beneficiation index of a tungsten mine in Jiangxi Province,a series of conditional tests were carried out to solve the problems of difficult adjustment of pulp pH value,large dosage of flotation reagent and low flotation efficiency.The influence of each reagent dosage on the flotation products index was systematically investigated.The results show that under the optimum conditions of grinding fineness of-0.074 mm 43%,dosage of pH adjustment agents Na_(2)CO_(3)+NaOH(500+50)g/t,dosage of tungsten roughing collector YS-34^(#)+YS-135^(#)400 g/t,dosage of heating selection inhibitors sodium silicate+sodium sulfide(120+2)kg/t,pulp concentration 67%,tungsten concentrate with WO_(3) grade of 55.56%and recovery of 95.69%was obtained by one roughing,one cleaning,two scavenging and four cleaning after heating.
