摘要
形气神是构成人体生命的基本要素。本文基于形气神三位一体生命观探讨勃起功能障碍合并情绪障碍的病机及治疗,认为形气神三者共病贯穿该病发生和发展的始终。形病为发病之标,气病为发病之枢,神病为发病之本。临证治疗主张形气神三者共调,其中调形以治标,偏于虚者治以养心安肾、起阴壮阳,方以起阴汤化裁。偏于实者治以祛邪通络,根据不同病理要素分而治之;调气以开枢,肝郁气滞者治以疏达木郁,方以自拟达郁汤化裁。阳气虚衰者治以温煦振阳,方以还少丹化裁。并结合针刺、导引、呼吸吐纳以调畅气机;调神以固本,中药调治以安神解郁,配合健康宣教和心理疏导以解郁除疾。以期为临床辨证论治该病提供新视角和借鉴。
Form,qi and spirit are basic elements constituting human life.Based on three-in-one life view of form,qi and spirit,this article explores pathogenesis and treatment of erectile dysfunction combined with emotional disorders,believes that the comorbidity of form,qi,and spirit runs through the occurrence and development of this disease.Physical illness is the symptom of the disease,qi illness is the pivot of the disease,and spirit illness is the root cause of the disease.Clinical treatment advocates the coordinated regulation of form,qi and spirit,regulating form is used to treat symptoms,for those with tendency towards deficiency,treatment focuses on nourishing heart and calming kidney,invigorating yin and strengthening yang,prescription is Qiyin Decoction for transformation and refinement.For those with tendency towards excess,treatment should focus on eliminating pathogenic factors and unblocking meridians,and be tailored to different pathological elements for treatment;regulate qi to open meridians,for those with liver depression and qi stagnation,treatment should be to disperse and relieve the stagnation of wood,prescription is a self-designed Da Yu Decoction for transformation and refinement.For those with weakened yang qi,treatment should focus on warming and invigorating yang,prescription is Huanshao Dan for transformation and refinement.Combined acupuncture,guidance,breathing and exhalation to regulate qi flow;regulate spirit to strengthen foundation,Chinese materia medica is used to regulate spirit and relieve depression,combined with health education and psychological counseling to relieve depression and eliminate diseases.In order to provide a new perspective and reference for clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment of this disease.
