摘要
人工智能是引领新一轮科技革命和产业变革的核心驱动力,对我国加快发展新质生产力具有重大战略意义。在全球生成式人工智能激烈竞争的背景下,中国AI独角兽企业深度求索(Deepseek)通过技术创新和战略重构,探索出一条区别于西方技术霸权主义的突围路径,以全栈开源、效能革命和应用场景渗透突破了技术封锁,正在重塑全球人工智能产业竞争范式。通过分析DeepSeek在开源战略、底层技术、算力博弈、成本控制、终端战场和未来战局等六个维度的战略选择与技术创新,并将其与国际知名人工智能进行对比,进一步探究其比较优势,得出研究结论:DeepSeek以技术开放民主化、效能加快革命化、应用必须场景化三大范式打破全球人工智能垄断格局,重构算力经济,突破了西方以规模扩张为主导的人工智能发展范式,为中国独角兽企业摆脱西方技术封锁提供了重要的参考与启示。
Artificial intelligence serves as the core driving force behind the new wave of technological revolution and industrial transformation,holding significant strategic importance for China's accelerated development of new quality productive forces.Against the backdrop of intense global competition in generative AI,DeepSeek-a Chinese AI unicorn-has pioneered a breakthrough path distinct from Western technological hegemony through technological innovation and strategic restructuring.By embracing full-stack open-source solutions,driving an efficiency revolution,and deeply penetrating application scenarios,DeepSeek has overcome technological barriers and is reshaping the competitive paradigm of the global AI industry.This paper analyzes DeepSeek's strategic choices and technological innovations across six dimensions:open-source strategy,foundational technology,computing power dynamics,cost control,end-user markets,and future competition.By comparing DeepSeek with internationally renowned AI entities to deconstruct its comparative advantages,we conclude that DeepSeek has disrupted the global AI monopoly through three paradigms:democratizing technology via openness,revolutionizing efficiency,and grounding applications in real-world scenarios.In doing so,it has restructured the computing economy and broken away from the Western scale-expansion-dominated AI development model.This offers critical insights for Chinese unicorns seeking to transcend Western technological containment.
