矿物掺合料对混凝土干缩影响及混凝土干缩控制策略分析

摘要 混凝土干缩是影响混凝土结构耐久性和稳定性的一项重要因素,其机理复杂,受多种因素共同作用。文章选取了粉煤灰、矿粉和硅粉3种常见矿物作为掺合料,系统研究了掺合料配比调控对降低混凝土干缩率和改善抗裂性能的影响。实验结果表明,在控制掺入比例的条件下,粉煤灰对混凝土干缩率的影响最大,矿粉和硅粉较低。在此基础上,文章总结相关控制混凝土干缩的策略,指出未来研究应更侧重于开发新型材料和施工工艺,进而控制混凝土结构的干缩,最终达到控制混凝土裂缝的目的。研究成果对提高混凝土结构的耐久性和安全性具有借鉴意义和应用价值。 Concrete shrinkage is an important factor affecting the durability and stability of concrete structures,and its mechanism is complicated and affected by many factors.Three common minerals of fly ash,mineral powder and silica powder were selected as admixtures,and the influence of admixture ratio regulation on reducing dry shrinkage and improving crack resistance of concrete was systematically studied.The experimental results show that fly ash has the greatest effect on the dry shrinkage of concrete under the condition of controlling the incorporation ratio,and the mineral powder and silicon powder are lower.On this basis,the paper summarizes the relevant strategies to control concrete shrinkage,and points out that future research should focus more on the development of new materials and construction technology,so as to control the shrinkage of concrete structures,and finally achieve the turpose of controlling concrete cracks.The research results have reference significance and application value for improving the durability and safety of concrete structures.
