摘要
目的针对磨溪区块龙王庙组气藏气举排水井井筒结垢严重、酸化解堵有效时间短、高温环境下缓蚀阻垢剂效果难以得到保证等问题,开展高温缓蚀阻垢剂的优选与现场试验,以延长气井堵塞周期,确保气井稳定排水。方法针对气井生产动态特征及堵塞现状,采用结垢预测软件模拟井筒结垢情况,在此基础上通过水质配伍性、碳酸钙垢阻垢性能评价、工况条件下阻垢与缓腐性能评价等室内试验,优选出有机膦羧酸C与pH调节剂进行复配,并在A井开展化学阻垢现场试验。结果室内性能评价实验表明,有机膦羧酸C、pH调节剂复配药剂的缓蚀阻垢性能良好,在高温(140℃)、高矿化度(110 g/L)条件下阻垢率为49%,腐蚀速率为7.55 g/(m^(2)·h)。A井进行现场缓蚀阻垢试验后解堵周期延长50天,阶段排水量增加26651 m^(3),且日排水量呈缓慢上升趋势,排水效果良好,全年可节约运行成本360万元,具有良好的经济效益。结论使用有机膦羧酸C、pH调节剂复配的缓蚀阻垢剂化学阻垢工艺有效延缓了井筒结垢堵塞,确保了气井排水效果,为气藏延缓水侵趋势、持续稳产提供了技术支撑,适用于同类型打孔气举排水井或其他高温高产水井阻垢。
Objective Aiming to effectively solve the problems of severe scaling in the wellbore of the gas lift drainage well in the Longwangmiao Formation gas reservoir of Moxi block,short effective time for acidification to remove blockages,and difficulty in ensuring the effectiveness of corrosion and scale inhibitors in high-temperature environments,the high-temperature corrosion and scale inhibitor optimization and on-site testing were carried out to extend the gas well blockage cycle and ensure stable drainage of the gas well.Method In response to the dynamic characteristics and blockage status of gas well production,scaling prediction software was used to simulate wellbore scaling.Based on this,indoor tests were conducted on compatibility with water,calcium carbonate scale inhibition performance evaluation,calcium carbonate scale and corrosion inhibition performance evaluation under operating conditions,and optimized the compound of organic phosphine carboxylic acid C and pH regulator,and scale inhibition field tests were carried out in Well A.Result Indoor performance evaluation experiments showed that the compound of organic phosphine carboxylic acid C and pH regulator had good corrosion and scale inhibition performance.At high temperature(140℃)and high mineralization(110 g/L)conditions,the scale inhibition rate was 49%,and the corrosion rate was 755 g/(m^(2)·h).After on-site corrosion and scale inhibition tests in Well A,the unblocking period was extended by 50 days,and the stage drainage increased by 26651 m^(3),the daily drainage showed a slow upward trend,and the drainage effect was good.The annual operating cost was saved by 3.6 million yuan,with good economic benefits.Conclusion The scale inhibition process using organic phosphine carboxylic acid C and pH regulator compound corrosion and scale inhibitor effectively delays wellbore scaling and blockage,ensures the drainage effect of gas wells,and provides technical support for delaying water invasion trend and maintaining stable production in gas reservoirs.It is suitable for scale inhibition in the same type of perforated gas lift drainage wells or other high temperature high-yield water wells.
