摘要
油田注入水结垢是注水开发面临的一个难题,需要深入探究结垢类型、机理及影响因素。运用ScaleChem结垢预测软件,对青阳岔花豹峁区块注入水的结垢趋势、结垢量及结垢垢型进行预测。花豹峁区块回注水(污水)与清水的配伍性差,混合水结垢类型以碳酸钙垢为主,混有少量的碳酸锶垢;随着污水量的增加,结垢量线性增大,污水自身稳定性最差(130mg/L CaCO_(3));X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对水垢的物性和微观结构分析表明,水垢为碳酸钙垢外,还有少量的碳酸锶垢和碳酸铁(腐蚀产物);理论预测与物性分析结果基本一致。注入水结垢因素主要为钙离子含量高和碱性的碳酸氢钠水型,碳酸钙具有优先沉降的特性。
Scale deposition is one of the most critical oilfield issues that water injection systems face,and it is necessary to further explore the scale type,mechanism and influencing factor.The ScaleChem scaling prediction software was used to predict the scaling trend,scaling amount and scaling type of the injection water in the Huabaomao block of Qingyangcha.The compatibility of reinjection water(brine)and clean water in the block is poor,and the scale type of mixed water sample is mainly calcium carbonate scale,mixed with a small amount of strontium carbonate scale.With the increase of sewage volume,the scale amount increases linearly,and the scale amount of brine reaches the maximum value(130 mg/L CaCO_(3)),and its stability is poor.The physical properties and microstructure analysis of the scale by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)show that in addition to calcium carbonate scale,there is also a small amount of strontium carbonate scale and iron carbonate(corrosion products).The theoretical prediction and physical property analysis results are basically consistent.The main factors causing scaling in injection water are high calcium ion content and alkaline sodium bicarbonate water type,and calcium carbonate has the characteristic of preferen-tially settling.
