摘要
本研究依据稻草、紫云英和茶树修剪叶分解过程中水溶性有机物质(DOM)的化学组成的变化,认为:随着有机物料的分解,水溶性有机碳(DOC)溶出量减少,21d后出现一溶出峰,35d后趋于稳定。DOM中溶解性有机氮(DON)、水溶性糖、有机酸种类及其含量的动态变化结果表明:不同分解阶段DOM的化学组成有差异,且因有机物料种类不同而不同。35d后DOM的含量与化学组成都已趋于稳定,不同有机物料溶出DOM中化学组成相似,表明有机物料的分解已进入难分解物质的缓慢分解阶段。
In this study ,according to the changes of chemical composition in dissolved organic matter (DOM)during decomposition of straw, astragalus and leaves of tea plant, it was found that during decomposition of organic materials, the released amount of DOC was decreasing, and there was a top dissolved apex after 21 days, but stablization was fownd after 35 days. The dynamic changes of DON ,water soluble sugars and organic acids suggested that different plant types could vary greatly in the composition and concentration of DOM released during decomposition course. After 35 days of incubation, both the content and chemical composition of DOM were kept constant. What is more,the composition of DOM released from different organic materials were similar. So, we thought that decomposition of organic material has been in a tardive phase.
