摘要
腰椎间盘突出症多发于中老年人,主要为腰骶部疼痛,严重时伴下肢放射样疼痛麻木,甚至影响生活质量。中医将腰椎间盘突出症归纳为“腰痛、痹证”范畴,分为虚实两端,中医认为其为肾虚使腰府失养或外来应力导致的腰府损伤,经络瘀阻,不通则痛。王艳锋教授以肌筋膜链理论为指导,运用电针松解肌筋膜触发点后,结合推拿调节腰椎整体生物力学平衡,此法简单、廉价且高效地解决了患者的病痛。
Lumbar disc herniation is commonly seen in middle-aged and elderly individuals.The main symptoms include pain in the lumbar and sacral regions,and in severe cases,radiating pain and numbness in the lower limbs,which can even affect the quality of life.In traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),lumbar disc herniation is categorized as a type of“bi syndrome and lumbago”,and was divided into deficiency and excess types.TCM posits that kidney deficiency leads to insufficient nourishment of the lumbar region,or that external forces cause injury to the lumbar area,resulting in meridian obstruction,which leads to pain.Professor Wang Yanfeng,guided by the myofascial chain theory,uses electroacupuncture to release myofascial trigger points,combined with tuina to adjust the overall biomechanical balance of the lumbar spine.This method is simple,cost-effective,and efficient in alleviating the patient’s pain.
