摘要
采用激光选区熔化成形AlSi10Mg合金,并进行了不同温度(260,270,280,290,300℃)下的退火处理,研究了退火温度对合金显微组织、物相组成、显微硬度和拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:不同温度退火前后AlSi10Mg合金均主要由α-Al、硅和Mg2Si相组成;相比退火前,退火后晶格畸变减弱,随着退火温度升高,减弱程度增大;退火前AlSi10Mg合金晶粒细小,网状共晶硅均匀分布,二次硅颗粒弥散分布在铝基体内;退火后随着退火温度升高,网状共晶硅发生断裂、粗化和球化,二次硅颗粒数量减少,直至几乎消失;相比退火前,退火后且随着退火温度升高,显微硬度、抗拉强度和屈服强度减小,断后伸长率增大。
The AlSi10Mg alloy was formed by laser selective melting,and annealed at different temperatures(260,270,280,290,300℃).The effect of annealing temperature on the microstructure,phase composition,microhardness and tensile properties of the alloy was studied.The results show that the AlSi10Mg alloy before and after annealing at different temperatures was mainly composed ofα-Al,silicon and Mg2Si phases.Before annealing,the AlSi10Mg alloy had fine grains,uniformly distributed network eutectic silicon and uniformly dispersed secondary silicon particles in the aluminum matrix.After annealing and with the increase of annealing temperature,network eutectic silicon had undergone fracture,coarsening and spheroidization,and the number of secondary silicon particles decreased until it almost disappeared.Compared with the alloy before annealing,the lattice distortion of the alloy after annealing decreased.As the annealing temperature increased,the reduction degree also increased.Compared with those of the alloy before annealing,after annealing and with increasing annealing temperature,the microhardness,tensile strength and yield strength of the alloy decreased,while the percentage elongation after fracture increased.
