摘要
研究了SLM成形工艺参数对新型高强Al-5Mg-0.75Sc合金微观组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明,SLM成形Al-5Mg-0.75Sc合金的微观组织特征表现为典型的熔池堆叠形貌;在一定范围内,激光能量密度越高,SLM成形试样的致密度越高,维氏硬度增加;能量密度为74.40 J/mm^(3)时,合金力学性能较优,硬度(HV)最高达到120,抗拉强度和伸长率分别为443.5 MPa和24%;SLM成形Al-5Mg-0.75Sc合金试样拉伸断口表现为典型韧性断裂。
Effects of SLM process parameters on microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-5 Mg-0.75 Sc alloy were investigated systematically.The results indicate that the SLM formed Al-5 Mg-0.75 Sc alloy is characterized by typical molten pool stack morphology.In a certain range,with increasing in the laser energy density,the density and Vickers hardness of SLM specimens are increased.When the energy density is 74.40 J/mm^(3),the mechanical properties are desirable,where the hardness reaches the maximum of 120 HV,and the tensile strength and elongation reach 443.5 MPa and 24%,respectively.The tensile fracture of SLM formed Al-5 Mg-0.75 Sc alloy is dominated by typical ductile fracture.
