论新时代“大先生”的意蕴及培养造就的实践路径——基于江苏“苏教名家”培养工程实践的思考

摘要 在中国教育发展的历史长河中,江苏孕育出了独具特色的苏派教育,涌现出一大批熠熠生辉的教育名家。“苏派教育名家”是指具有江苏风格、江苏特质、正在江苏从事教育教学工作的基础教育“名家”。苏派教育名家如何牢记习近平总书记的殷切嘱托,自觉弘扬和践行教育家精神,争做“经师”和“人师”相统一的新时代大先生,关键是要在“大”字上下功夫。实现从苏派教育名家走向新时代“大先生”,需要从树“大理想”、养“大品德”、做“大学问”、炼“大主张”、育“大爱心”和植“大情怀”这六个方面构建和完善培养造就的实践路径。 Throughout the long history of educational development in China,Jiangsu has fostered a unique educational tradition,giving rise to a remarkable group of distinguished educators.The term“renowned educators in Jiangsu”refers to eminent figures in basic education who embody Jiangsu's distinctive style and characteristics while actively engaging in teaching and education within the province.How can these renowned educators heed General Secretary Xi Jinping's earnest expectations,consciously promote and practice the ethos of educators,and strive to become“great educators”in the new era,uniting scholarly expertise with moral leadership?The key lies in focusing on the essence of“greatness”.To transform“renowned educators in Jiangsu”into“great educators”of the new era,this article proposes a practical pathway based on six key elements:cultivating“great ideals”,fostering“great virtues”,achieving“great scholarship”,refining“great propositions”,nurturing“great love”,and instilling“great sentiments”.
