摘要
著名教育家潘懋元先生作为中国高等教育学科奠基人和首位研究生导师,致力于探索中国式研究生培养模式,积累了独特的育才经验。他秉持育才端赖选才的理念,创新研究生选拔和评价方式;引导学生自我成才,创设教学新法并提供必要条件;爱生如子,与学生建立起平等互爱的师生关系;适时指引学生职业发展,鼓励并支持他们做出新成绩。他的身教言传深刻诠释了人民教育家坚定的理想信念、高尚的道德情操、丰富的育人智慧、谦逊的躬耕态度、宽厚的仁爱之心和高远的弘道追求,切实落实立德树人根本任务。40余年间,潘先生的弟子人才辈出,证明了这些培养经验和方式方法的科学性与适用性。研究他的育才之道,对于优化当前高层次人才培养方式很有镜鉴意义。
As the founder of China's higher education discipline and the first graduate tutor Mr.Pan Maoyuan,a famous educator,was committed to exploring the Chinese-style graduate training mode and accumulated unique experience in this field.He adhered to the concept of educating relying on selecting,innovating the selection methods;he guided students to become talents,creating new teaching methods and providling necessary conditions;he treated students as his own children,establishing an e-qual and loving relationship with them;he guided their career development,encouraging and supporting them to make new achievements.In the process,his teachings and his role model deeply interpreted a educators firm ideals and beliefs,noble morality,rich educational wisdom,humble attitude,generous heart of benevolence and high-reaching pursuit,and effectively fulfill the fundamental task of fostering morality and cultivating people.Over the past 40 years,his graduates continually emerged as excellent talents,which proved the scientificity and applicabillity of these methods.Studying his way of cultivating talents is of great value for optimizing the current high-level talent training methods.
