情景模拟联合PBL教学对规培生学习主动性的影响

Impact of Scenario Simulation Combined with PBL Teaching on the Learning Initiative of Standardized Training Residents

摘要 目的:分析情景模拟联合问题导向学习(PBL)教学对规培生学习主动性的影响。方法:选取2019年1月至2024年6月在郑州大学第一附属医院老年内分泌科接受培训的60名规培生,随机分为传统组(30例,进行传统教学)和研究组(30例,进行情景模拟联合PBL教学)。比较两组培训前后考试成绩、学习主动性及满意度。结果:培训后研究组技能考试及理论考试成绩显著高于传统组(P<0.05);培训后研究组学习主动性评分中扎实学习、学习目标、控制学习、深入学习、学习驱动力评分、总分显著高于传统组(P<0.05);研究组规培生满意度显著高于传统组(P<0.05)。结论:情景模拟联合PBL教学可提升老年内分泌科规培生的学习主动性和满意度,促进理论知识与技能水平综合发展。 Objective:To analyze the impact of scenario simulation combined with problem-based learning(PBL)teaching on the learning initiative of standardized training residents.Methods:A total of 60 standardized training residents from the Department of Geriatric Endocrinology at The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected from January 2019 to June 2024 and randomly divided into a traditional group(30 cases,traditional teaching)and a study group(30 cases,scenario simulation combined with PBL teaching).The exam scores,learning initiative,and satisfaction levels of the two groups were compared before and after training.Results:After training,the study group’s skill and theoretical exam scores were significantly higher than those of the traditional group(P<0.05).The study group’s posttraining learning initiative scores-including diligent learning,learning objectives,learning control,in-depth learning,learning motivation,and total score-were significantly higher than those of the traditional group(P<0.05).The satisfaction level of the study group was also significantly higher than that of the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Scenario simulation combined with PBL teaching can enhance the learning initiative and satisfaction of standardized training residents in geriatric endocrinology,promoting the integrated development of theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
