行为运作管理理论联合问题追踪法在科室护理质量管理中的应用价值

Application Value of Behavioral Operation Management Theory Combined with Problem Tracking Method in Department Nursing Quality Management

摘要 目的探讨医院在开展科室护理质量管理工作期间行为运作管理理论+问题追踪法的应用价值。方法选取吉林省前卫医院20名护理人员为研究对象,2023年1—12月采用常规方法管理(参照组),2024年1—12月采用行为运作管理理论+问题追踪法管理(研究组)。对比两组的技术水平以及工作态度、护理质量以及护理管理满意度。结果研究组的技术水平、工作态度评分为(95.25±2.25)分、(95.16±3.15)分,均高于参照组的(90.13±3.19)分、(91.16±2.25)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=5.865,4.621;P均<0.05)。研究组的护理质量高于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组的总满意度高于参照组。结论医院在开展科室护理质量管理期间,将行为运作管理理论以及问题追踪法充分结合,可提升护理人员的技术水平、工作态度,提升科室护理质量以及管理满意度。 Objective To explore the application value of behavioral operation management theory+problem tracking method during the implementation of departmental nursing quality management in hospitals.Methods Twenty nursing staff members from Qianwei Hospital of Jilin Province were selected as the research subjects.From January to December 2023,they were managed by conventional methods(reference group),and from January to December 2024,they were managed by behavioral operation management theory+problem tracking method(study group).Compared the technical level,working attitude,nursing quality and satisfaction with nursing management of the two groups.Results The scores of technical level and working attitude of the study group were 95.25±2.25 and 95.16±3.15,respectively,which were higher than 90.13±3.19 and 91.16±2.25 of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.865,4.621;both P<0.05).The nursing quality of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the reference group.Conclusion During the period when hospitals carry out the quality management of departmental nursing,fully integrating the theory of behavioral operation management and the problem tracking method can enhance the technical level and working attitude of nursing staff,improve the quality of departmental nursing and management satisfaction.
