大风灾害下高速铁路网络脆弱性评价研究

摘要 为评估我国高速铁路网络的抗灾能力,以大风灾害为例,以高速铁路站点所构成的网络为研究对象,以复杂网络理论为基础,从网络的连通性能和服务性能2个维度提出大风灾害下高速铁路网络脆弱性评价模型。模型以真实风灾数据为基础,对风灾诱发的降速、停运2种风险场景下,单一站点能力受损后高速铁路网络整体联通性的变化进行量化分析,从而对高速铁路网络整体脆弱性水平进行评估。研究表明,我国高速铁路网络脆弱性整体表现良好,失效后对网络综合脆弱性影响排名前2位的是广州南站和南京南站。同时,相比于降限速状态,铁路停运状态下江浙沪地区服务性能脆弱性显著增加,对网络服务性能造成显著压力,其次是华北、东北地区。 To assess the disaster resistance of China’s high speed railway network,wind disasters were taken as an example to study the network formed by high speed railway stations.Based on complex network theory,a vulnerability assessment model was proposed for the high speed railway network under wind disasters from perspectives of connectivity performance and service performance.The model was grounded in real wind disaster data,quantitatively analyzing changes in overall network connectivity when a single station was damaged due to wind-induced speed reduction or service suspension.The overall vulnerability of the high speed railway network was assessed.It is found that China’s high speed railway network generally performs well in terms of vulnerability.After failure,the top two stations affecting the overall network vulnerability are Guangzhounan Station and Nanjingnan Station.Additionally,compared to the speed reduction/restriction,the service suspension brings a significant increase in the service performance vulnerability in the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai region,placing great pressure on network service performance,followed by the North China and Northeast regions.
