摘要
                
                    市域产教联合体是激发现代职业教育新动能,深化产教融合的重要举措,是一种跨越教育领域和经济领域的多主体合作形式。多主体合作存在固有的组织边界,边界的识别、管理与整合维护了联合体的运作秩序,确立了各主体的专业分工。然而,物理边界固化性、社会边界模糊性以及心理边界冲突性削弱了市域产教联合体合作的深度、广度与力度。组织边界理论为推动市域产教联合体运行提供了新的发展视角,通过审视联合体的运作模式与现状,深入剖析其面临的困境及根源,充分挖掘和发挥各主体优势和潜力,打破、穿透、跨越组织界限,有利于构建且优化市域产教联合体的协同联动运行机制,以提升技术技能人才培养质量,持续推动经济社会发展。
                
                The city-regional industry-education consortium is an important measure to stimulate new impetus in modern vocational education and deepen industry-education integration.It is a multi-subject co-operation form that spans the fields of education and economy.Multi-subject cooperation has inherent orga-nizational boundaries that the identification,management and integration of these boundaries maintain the operational order of the consortium and establish the professional division of labor among each subject.However,the fixation of physical boundaries,the ambiguity of social boundaries,and the conflict of psycho-logical boundaries have weakened the depth,breadth,and intensity of cooperation among city-regional in-dustry-education consortium.The theory of organizational boundaries provides a new development perspec-tive for promoting the operation of city-regional industry-education consortium.By surveying the operation mode and current situation of the consortium,deeply analyzing the predicaments and root it faced,fully ex-ploring and giving full play to the advantages and potential of each subject,breaking,penetrating and cross-ing organizational boundaries,it is conducive to constructing and optimizing the collaborative and interac-tive operation mechanism of city-regional industry-education consortium,so as to enhance the quality of technical and skilled talent cultivation and continuously promote economic and social development.
