摘要
通过对浙江省43所高职院校一线教师对访问工程师项目开展的贡献评价进行实证研究,利用网络问卷调查获取研究数据。通过logistics和多元回归模型,从微观层面实证分析不同学科背景、访工时间、职称级别、导师选择和各个因子维度对访问工程师项目贡献的影响。结果表明,学科背景和访工时间对访问工程师项目的贡献具有正向显著影响。另外,随着职称级别的提升,访问工程师的获奖机率就越大。然而,在三个维度对访问工程师项目贡献的比较中,对教师和教学的贡献系数值都要小于对企业的贡献系数值。因此,访问工程师项目的积极开展,必须优先考虑访工时间的周期长度和学科背景的派选,这样有利于访问工程师项目可持续性的优质化发展,从而促进“双师型”教师队伍建设。
This paper makes an empirical study on the contribution evaluation of front-line teachers in 43 higher vocational colleges in zhejiang province to the visiting engineer project.This paper USES network questionnaire survey to obtain research data,and through logistics and multiple regression model,empirically analyzes the infl uence of different disciplinary backgrounds,visiting time,professional title level,supervisor selection and various factor dimensions on project contribution of visiting engineers from the micro level.The results show that the subject background and the visiting time have a significant positive impact on the project contribution of visiting engineers.In addition,with the promotion of professional title level,the greater the chance of winning the prize.However,in the comparison of the three dimensions'contribution to the project of visiting engineer,the contribution coeffi cient to teachers and teaching is smaller than that to enterprises.Therefore,the active development of visiting engineer project must give priority to the duration of visiting engineer and the selection of subject background,which is conducive to the sustainable and high-quality development of visiting engineer project to provide impetus,so as to promote the high-level construction of"double-qualifi ed"teachers.
