摘要
目的观察青龙摆尾针刺法联合玻璃酸钠注射液关节腔灌注治疗肩周炎的临床效果。方法选取2024年3月—2025年3月内江市第六人民医院中医科住院治疗的60例肩周炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组采用普通针刺手法,治疗组采用青龙摆尾针刺法联合玻璃酸钠注射液关节腔灌注治疗,两组选穴一致,针刺1次/d,玻璃酸钠注射液关节腔灌注每周1次。比较两组治疗前后肩关节功能、疼痛程度、住院时间及临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组日本骨科协会(JOA)评分均高于治疗前,视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于治疗前,且治疗组JOA评分高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组住院时间短于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论青龙摆尾针刺法联合玻璃酸钠注射液关节腔灌注治疗肩周炎效果显著,能够有效减轻患者疼痛程度,缩短住院时间,改善患者肩关节功能。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qinglong Baiwei acupuncture combined with intra-articular perfusion of Sodium Hyaluronate Injection in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods A total of 60 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis who were hospitalized in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Neijiang Sixth People's Hospital from March 2024 to March 2025 were selected and divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture manipulation,and the treatment group was treated with Qinglong Baiwei acupuncture combined with intra-articular perfusion of Sodium Hyaluronate Injection.The two groups selected the same acupoints,acupuncture once a day,and intra-articular perfusion of Sodium Hyaluronate Injection once a week.The shoulder joint function,pain degree,hospitalization time and clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores were lower than those before treatment.The JOA score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the VAS score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group,and the total effective rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Qinglong Baiwei acupuncture combined with intra-articular perfusion of Sodium Hyaluronate Injection has a significant effect on scapulohumeral periarthritis,which can effectively reduce the pain degree of patients,shorten the hospitalization time and improve the shoulder joint function of patients.
