摘要
2024年5月,国家市场监督管理总局发布的《特种设备检验检测机构规范化专业化建设年行动方案》指出,要规范检验检测机构及检验检测人员管理,提高检验检测质量。本文对特种设备检验检测机构标准化工作进行调研和座谈访谈,分析了特种设备检验检测行业在推行标准化过程中的难点,提出了树立标准化意识、加强标准培训定制化以及健全标准化管理体系等对策措施,推动特种设备检验检测机构建立符合自身实际情况的标准化管理体系,不断提升标准化管理水平。
In May 2024,State Administration for Market Regulation issued the Action Plan for the Standardization and Professionalization of Special Equipment Inspection and Testing Institutions,which pointed out the need to standardize the management of inspection and testing institutions and personnel,and improve the quality of inspection and testing.Based on research and interviews on the standardization work of special equipment inspection and testing institutions,this article analyzed the difficulties in promoting standardization in the special equipment inspection and testing industry,measures have been proposed to establish standardization awareness,strengthen customized standard training,and establish a sound standardized management system,in order to promote special equipment inspection and testing institutions to establish a standardized management system that conforms to their actual conditions and continuously improve the level of standardized management.
