摘要
在旅游经济持续发展、康养小镇不断拓展的背景下,适老化服务日益深化,针对老龄化群体的服务模式也受到相应重视。面对康养小镇智慧旅游的发展现状与趋势,如何让适老化服务被老年群体接受、怎样满足其在服务过程中的体验需求,成为康养小镇迈向智慧适老化服务的必要环节。基于智慧旅游视域,概述了枫溪谷记忆康养小镇发展现状,分析了小镇老年人康养体验现状,探讨了枫溪谷记忆康养小镇适老化服务设计体系,以期为康养小镇适老化服务拓展更多可能性。
Under the background of the sustainable development of tourism economy and the continuous expansion of health and wellness towns,the elderly-oriented service is deepening day by day,and the service modes for the elderly group have also received corresponding attention.In the face of the development status and trend of smart tourism in health and wellness towns,how to make the elderly-oriented service accepted by the elderly group and how to meet their experience needs in the service process have become a necessary link for health and wellness towns to move towards smart elderly-oriented services.Based on the perspective of smart tourism,this paper outlines the development status of Fengxi Valley Memory Health and Wellness Town,analyzes the current situation of the health and wellness experience of the elderly in the town,and discusses the elderly-oriented service design system in Fengxi Valley Memory Health and Wellness Town,in order to expand more possibilities for the elderly-oriented service of the health and wellness towns.
