摘要
发展康养产业有助于提升健康产业的供给能力,是实现健康中国战略的重要途径之一。文章基于比较优势理论和资源禀赋理论,从资源拥有量视角构建包含医疗康养、文化康养、体育康养、数字康养、康养旅游等五个方面的评价指标体系,运用熵权法测度2015-2021年中国31个省(自治区、直辖市)康养产业的发展水平。在此基础上,采用Dagum基尼系数划分不同层级,借助地理探测器探索其影响因素。研究结果表明:(1)中国康养产业发展水平整体不高,但呈逐渐增长趋势,由于资源禀赋不同而存在区域差异,区域间差异是总体区域差异的主要来源,大致呈先递减后递增的变化趋势;(2)中国的康养产业发展水平可以分为3个层级,其中,广东、山东、江苏等9个省份发展水平较高,安徽、江西、广西等14个省份发展水平一般,宁夏、山西、甘肃等8个省份发展水平较落后;(3)政府扶持力度、投资驱动能力、经济发展水平、居民消费水平、人才支持力度、基础交通状况、潜在康养人口等是影响康养产业发展的重要因素。基于研究结论,文章提出政策启示:(1)提高区域间康养产业发展的均衡性;(2)加大政府对康养产业的扶持力度;(3)加强康养人才的培养和引进。
Developing the health care industry helps to enhance the supply capacity of the health industry and is one of the important ways to achieve the Healthy China strategy.Based on the comparative advantage theory and resource endowment theory,this article constructed an evaluation index system from the perspective of resource ownership,which included five aspects:medical wellness,cultural wellness,sports wellness,digital wellness,and wellness tourism,and evaluated the development level of health care industry in 31 provinces(municipalities,autonomous regions)in China from 2015 to 2021 by using the entropy method.On this basis,the Dagum Gini coefficient method was used to classify them into different tiers and the influencing factors were explored with the help of geographical detector.The results showed that:(1)The overall development level of China's health care industry was not high,but it showed a gradual growth trend.Due to different levels of resource endowment,there were regional differences.Regional differences were the main source of the overall regional differences,with a general trend of decreasing first and then increasing.(2)The development level of China's health care industry could be divided into three levels,of which 9 provinces including Guangdong,Shandong and Jiangsu had high development levels,14 provinces including Anhui,Jiangxi and Guangxi had average development levels,and 8 provinces including Ningxia,Shanxi and Gansu had relatively backward development levels.(3)Government support,investment driving ability,economic development level,resident's consumption level,talent support,basic transportation situation,and potential recreation population were important factors affecting the development of the health care industry.Based on the research findings,the article proposed policy implications as follows:(1)Improving the balance of regional health care industry development.(2)Increasing government support for the health care industry.(3)Strengthening the cultivation and introduction of health care talents.
