摘要
在国家实现“双碳”目标政策的指导下,各地政府积极响应并发布了与建筑领域相关的工作目标,以推动建筑行业向绿色低碳方向转型。探索超低能耗建筑发展方式已经成为必然趋势。总结了实际完成的超低能耗、零能耗项目经验,从建筑设计角度出发,在打造舒适、健康的室内环境为前提,以降低维护建筑运营使用的能源消耗为目标,通过应用可再生能源技术增加产能完成设计转化。除了满足传统办公这一基本功能要求外,结合项目案例的规划布局、造型设计、材料选型等,以定性和定量的方式进行优化和创新设计,从而减少能源消耗,提升建筑项目在能源需求方面的自给自足能力,完成超低能耗建筑设计,最终实现零能耗建筑。
Under the guidance of the national“Dual-Carbon Goals”,local governments have actively responded and released work goals related to the construction industry to promote its transformation towards green and low-carbon direction.Exploring the development of ultra-low energy buildings has become an inevitable trend.Summarizing the actual experience of ultra-low energy consumption and zero energy consumption projects,starting from the perspective of architectural design,with the premise of creating a comfortable and healthy indoor environment and the goal of reducing energy consumption for maintaining building operations,the design transformation is completed by applying renewable energy to increase production capacity.In addition to meeting the basic functional requirements of traditional office work,optimization and innovative design are carried out in a qualitative and quantitative manner based on project case planning,layout,styling design,material selection,etc.,in order to reduce energy consumption,enhance the self-sufficiency of building projects in energy demand,complete ultra-low energy building design,and ultimately achieve zero energy buildings.
