摘要 随绿色环保、节能减排理念不断普及,被动式超低能耗建筑因其室内舒适度高、建筑气密性好、建筑能效高等特点,成为建筑行业节能减排重要发展方向。基于保定市主城区城中村改造项目——前屯幼儿园项目设计实践,结合建筑外围护结构性能参数、环境参数对通风空调及内部热源能耗进行模拟计算,在保证幼儿舒适感的前提下,通过无热桥设计、高效保温系统、高效节能门窗、高效新风热回收系统、严苛的气密性和可再生能源使用等节能措施降低建筑能耗需求,达到被动式超低能耗建筑标准。 With the continuous popularization of the concept of green environmental protection and energy conservation and emission reduction,passive ultra-low energy consumption buildings have become an important development direction of energy conservation and emission reduction in the construction industry due to their high indoor comfort,good building air tightness and high building energy efficiency.Combined with the design practice of Qiantun Kindergarten Project,the reconstruction project of the village in the city of Baoding City,the performance parameter setting of the building’s outer protective structure,the environmental parameter setting,the ventilation and air conditioning setting,and the energy consumption of the internal heat source setting are simulated and calculated through software.On the premise of ensuring the comfortable indoor and outdoor environment for children,the design of the non-thermal bridge,the efficient thermal insulation system,the efficient energy-saving doors and windows,the efficient ventilation heat recovery system,strict air tightness and the use of renewable energy reduce the demand for building energy consumption and reach the standard of passive ultra-low energy consumption building.
