摘要
“五金”建设是提升职业学校关键办学能力、推动职业教育高质量发展的核心举措,亟需在理论与实践层面构建系统化的支撑与话语体系。从系统论的视角看,整体性、适应性与层次性是高质量推进“五金”建设的三大系统表达,其中,整体性是夯实类型教育身份的“基本盘”、适应性是激活产教深度融合的“动力源”、层次性是构筑技能型社会的“立交桥”。“五金”建设赋能职业教育高质量发展,应准确把握整体与局部的辩证逻辑,有序平衡适应与错配的协调逻辑,科学统筹贯通与融通的交互逻辑。将“五金”建设的系统逻辑从理论认知转化为高质量发展的现实图景,未来需要以协同治理与价值共识筑牢类型根基,以组织学习与产教共生深化动态耦合,以制度衔接与结构开放构筑成长通路,切实推进职业教育高质量发展。
The"five golden elements"construction is a core measure to enhance the key school-running capabilities of vocational schools and promote the high-quality development of vocational education,necessitating the establishment of a systematic support and discourse framework at both theoretical and practical levels.From the systematic theory perspective,integrity,adaptability and hierarchy constitute the three major system expressions for advancing the"five golden elements"construction with high quality.Among these,integrity serves as the"foundation"for solidifying the identity of vocational education as a distinct type,adaptability acts as the"power source"for activating deep industry-education integration,and hierarchy functions as the"overpass"for constructing a skilled society.To empower high-quality development in vocational education through the"five golden elements"construction,it is essential to accurately grasp the dialectical logic between the whole and its parts,balance the coordination logic between adaptation and mismatch in an orderly manner,and scientifically orchestrate the interaction logic between integration and convergence.To transform the systematic logic of the"five golden elements"construction from theoretical understanding into a realistic landscape of high-quality development,future efforts should focus on the following aspects:solidifying the foundational identity through collaborative governance and shared values,deepening dynamic coupling through organizational learning and industry-education symbiosis,and constructing growth pathways through institutional alignment and structural openness,thereby effectively promoting the high-quality development of vocational education.
