“科普+社会服务”为载体的工科研究生创新实践能力培养模式探究

摘要 创新实践能力的培养是工科研究生教育的基础与关键.本文以提升工科研究生的创新实践能力为目标,利用校企合作的优势,探究了提升工科研究生创新实践能力的方法,并提出了以“科普+社会服务”为载体的工科研究生培养模式,旨在通过提出的双导师分工协作机制以及科普、实践过程考核方案等,进一步规范并提供合理的研究生培养制度保障,以有效增强工科研究生的创新实践能力,满足社会发展中对于高知创新性人才的需求,增强学生在创新实践上的竞争力. The cultivation of innovative practice ability is the foundation of and key to engineering graduate education.Aiming to enhance the innovative practice ability of engineering graduate students,and utilizing the advantages of school-enterprise cooperation,this paper explores the methods to improve the innovative practice ability of engineering graduate students.A training model for engineering graduate students,based on"Science Popularization+Social Service"is proposed.The goal is to further standardize and provide reasonable guarantees for the graduate student training system through the proposed dual-tutorage division of labor mechanism and science popularization,practical process assessment scheme,etc.,so as to effectively enhance the innovative practice ability of engineering graduate students.This model aims to meet the demand for highly knowledgeable innovative talents in social development and to enhance students'competitiveness in innovative practice.
