摘要
为了构建适用于县域幼儿园教师的游戏支持能力测量工具,科学评估其专业能力结构。本研究基于教师专业发展理论、社会文化发展理论和游戏本体论,重构PARK SO-YOUNG等人开发的量表,形成涵盖五个维度的测评工具,并对258名县域幼儿园教师开展问卷调查。结果显示,教师在游戏创设与支持方面表现较好,在记录评价与反思提升方面相对薄弱,且性别、年龄、学历、教龄、职称等变量在不同维度上存在显著差异。研究认为,应关注幼儿教师发展的阶段性特点,强化培训与反思支持,该工具可以为县域幼儿园教师游戏支持培训提供实践路径与决策支持。
To develop a measurement tool for assessing game support competencies among kindergarten teachers in county areas and to scientifically evaluate their professional competency structure,this study reconstructed the scale developed by Park So-young et al.based on teacher professional development theory,sociocultural development theory,and play ontology.The resulting assessment tool comprises five dimensions and was administered to 258 kindergarten teachers in county regions.The results indicate that teachers performed relatively well in the dimensions of game creation and support,whereas their performance in recording,evaluation,and reflective improvement are comparatively weaker.Significant differences are found across various dimensions based on demographic variables such as gender,age,educational background,years of teaching experience,and professional title.The study suggests that attention should be given to teachers’developmental stages,with an emphasis on strengthening training and reflective support.The constructed tool offers a practical pathway and decision-making support for enhancing the game support competence of county areas kindergarten teachers.
