摘要
饮食人类学家们通过破译食物和用餐行为的“文化语码”,发现每一顿餐食都是结构化的社会事件,而通览村上春树的小说会发现,其中安排了大量精心设计的用餐场面。本文聚焦于村上春树文学中的“孤食”和“共餐”行为,通过具体的文本分析来揭示其中“孤食”和“共餐”所隐含的文化学意义和社会学意义,以证明村上文学正是通过直面“共同体的崩溃与重构”这一现代社会的根源性主题而获得世界性的,而“尽可能让作者同读者处于并列位置”的“友爱姿态”乃是达成村上与读者之间“共餐”仪式的关键要素。
Anthropologists of food have found that a meal is a structured social event by deciphering the"cultural code"of food and the act of eating together.A reading of Haruki Murakami's novels reveals a large number of dining scenes elaborately designed and arranged.Based on textual analyses,this paper focuses on the behaviors of"eating alone"and"eating together"in Murakami Haruk's literature and reveals their cultural and sociological significance.This paper argues that Murakam's literature gains universality by facing the""collapse and reconstruction of the community",which is the root of modern society,and that the"friendly gesture"of"juxtaposing the writer and the reader"is the basic way to achieve the ritual of"sharing a meal"between Murakami and his readers.
