高铁网络条件下可达性与区域经济联系强度的耦合研究——基于山西省的实证分析

Coupling Study on Accessibility and Regional Economic Connection Strength under High-Speed Rail Network——Empirical Analysis Based on Shanxi Province

摘要 以山西省为研究区域,2013年、2018年、2022年作为时间截面,利用最短通行时间和引力模型,对山西省各地级市交通可达性与经济联系强度总量进行耦合分析。结果表明:1)高速铁路网络对山西省区域交通整体可达性提升有显著的促进作用,呈现出以太原市为中心,南北两端扩散式递减的空间分布格局。2)所有地级市经济联系强度总量都有显著提升,各地城市间经济联系强度总量之间差距呈现扩大趋势。3)山西省交通可达性与经济联系强度总量的耦合协调度总体处于濒临失调状态,省内各城市的耦合协调水平存在较大差距,少部分城市耦合协调水平处于轻度失调以下,表明高速铁路网络的带动作用并未得到充分发挥,依旧存在发展不协调问题。 Taking Shanxi Province as the research area,and 2013,2018,and 2022 as time sections,using the shortest transit time and gravity model,a coupling analysis was carried out on the total traffic accessibility and economic connection intensity of various prefecture-level cities in Shanxi Province.The results show that:1)The high-speed railway network has a significant role in promoting the overall accessibility of regional transportation in Shanxi Province,showing a spatial distribution pattern with Taiyuan City as the center and a diffusively decreasing spatial distribution pattern at the north and south ends.2)The total economic connection intensity of all prefecture-level cities has increased significantly,and the gap between the total economic connection intensity of cities in various places has shown an expanding trend.3)The coupling coordination degree between transportation accessibility and total economic link intensity in Shanxi Province is generally on the verge of imbalance.There is a large gap in the level of coupling coordination among cities in the province.The level of coupling coordination in a small number of cities is below slight imbalance,indicating that the driving role of the high-speed railway network has not been fully exerted,and there is still the problem of uncoordinated development.
