摘要
中国―东盟区域的经济联系日益紧密,区域经济合作持续深化,但区域内部经济发展差距仍较为显著,不仅中国各省域之间经济发展水平不均衡,东盟国家内部也存在较大差异。经济发展差异在一定程度上推动了中国与东盟区域的经济联系不断强化,使中国不同省域对东盟国家的经济联系强度呈现“南高北低、东高西低”的分布特征,而东盟国家对中国的经济联系则表现出“北高南低、西高东低”的特点。中国与东盟各国的地缘经济关系呈现多种演变趋势,主要包括互补向竞争转变、竞争强化、竞争减弱以及互补削弱等类型,其中上海和海南与东盟国家的互补关系尤为显著。基于此,提出差异化推进中国与东盟不同国家的经贸合作,强化中国―东盟区域的经济互补关系,深化中国北方省份与东盟国家的经贸往来,充分发挥上海和海南的贸易引领作用的政策建议。着力推动区域经济高质量发展,深化合作共赢,共同构建更加紧密的中国―东盟命运共同体。
The economic ties between China and ASEAN have been strengthening,and regional economic cooperation has been continuously deepening.However,disparities in economic development is still significant within the region,not only among Chinese provinces but also within ASEAN countries.These economic disparities have,to some extent,facilitated the intensification of economic connections between China and ASEAN.Specifically,the economic linkages between different Chinese provinces and ASEAN countries present a spatial pattern characterized by“higher in the south,lower in the north;higher in the east,lower in the west.”Conversely,the economic ties between ASEAN countries and China display the pattern of“higher in the north,lower in the south;higher in the west,lower in the east.”The geoeconomic relations between China and ASEAN countries have undergone various evolutionary trends,including transitions from complementarity to competition,intensified competition,weakened competition,and diminished complementarity.Among these,the complementary relationship between Shanghai and Hainan with ASEAN countries is particularly prominent.Based on this analysis,this study proposes suggestions to promote differentiated economic and trade cooperation between China and ASEAN countries,strengthen China-ASEAN economic complementarities,enhance economic and trade exchanges between the northern regions of China and ASEAN countries,and fully leverage the leading role of Shanghai and Hainan in trade.These efforts aim to promote high-quality development of the regional economy,deepen win win cooperation,and jointly build a closer China-ASEAN community with a shared future.
