摘要
通过精确的量化手段,评估红蓝草(学名:Peristrophe roxburghiana)不同组织结构,具体指叶与茎部分中多糖成分的含量,同时对比研究其在体外条件下的抗氧化效能。用苯酚-硫酸法测多糖含量,通过清除DPPH自由基和羟基自由基(·OH)来评估抗氧化能力。红蓝草叶中多糖含量高于茎(茎:17.33%;叶:15.12%),茎多糖对DPPH自由基和对羟基两种自由基的清除效果均优于叶多糖。红蓝草茎和叶中多糖均具有一定的抗氧化活性,其中茎部多糖表现突出。
By means of precise quantification,the content of polysaccharide components in different tissue structures of red bluegrass(scientific name:Peristrophe roxburghiana),specifically in the leaf and stem fractions,was determined and their antioxidant efficacy under in vitro conditions was comparatively studied.The polysaccharide content was measured by phenol-sulfuric acid method and the antioxidant capacity was assessed by scavenging DPPH radicals and hydroxyl radicals(-OH).the polysaccharide content of red bluegrass leaves was higher than that of stems(stems:17.33%,leaves:15.12%),and the scavenging effects of stem polysaccharides on both DPPH radicals and p-hydroxyl radicals were better than those of leaf polysaccharides.Polysaccharides from both stems and leaves of red bluegrass possessed some antioxidant activity,with the stem polysaccharides being prominent.
