摘要
为满足幼儿园对儿童教育的多元需求,本文基于幼儿园教学情境针对儿童互动座椅开展研究,以提升低龄儿童的多维体验。首先,通过桌面研究和行为观测法分析学龄前儿童的生理及心理特点,并利用焦点小组访谈梳理教师教学需求要素,运用POE评价方法提取需求因子;其次,通过文献调研结合主要需求因子设计并发放KANO问卷,根据需求类别及重要度对其进行排序、筛选得到设计要素;最后,运用FBS模型将设计要素进行功能-行为、行为-结构两个不同信息层级的映射,指导设计方案生成并通过评价验证。文章通过构建POE、KANO、FBS模型,可针对性地探究特定空间下儿童-教师、儿童-儿童的多端互动需求特性,丰富儿童在幼儿园情境下的多元体验,为促进学龄前儿童课堂专注力、社交能力的提升提供新的思路与方法。
In order to meet the diverse educational needs of kindergartens,this study conducts research on interactive children's chairs within the context of early childhood education,aiming to enhance multidimensional experiences for preschool children.First,the physical and psychological characteristics of preschool children are analyzed through desktop research and behavioral observation methods,and the elements of teachers'teaching needs are sorted out through focus group interviews.The POE method is used to analyze and extract demand factors.Second,a KANO questionnaire is designed and distributed based on literature review and key needs,allowing classification and prioritization of design elements according to user satisfaction and importance.Finally,the FBS model is used to map the design elements at two different information levels:function-behavior and behavior-structure,to guide the generation of design schemes and verify them through evaluation.By constructing the POE/KANO/FBS model,this study can specifically explore the characteristics of multi-terminal interaction needs between children and teachers and among children in a specific space,enrich children's diverse experiences in kindergarten settings,and provide new ideas and methods for promoting preschool children's classroom concentration and social skills.
