摘要
目的:分析在食管癌患者围术期开展快速康复护理的效果。方法:将70例食管癌患者纳入研究,均为2022年1月—2024年1月山东省泰安市肿瘤防治院收治,用抽签法随机将患者分为对照组(35例,实施常规护理)与观察组(35例,在对照组基础上实施快速康复护理)。对比两组术后恢复情况、并发症发生情况、生活质量。结果:与对照组相比,观察组术后首次肛门排气时间、术后首次进食时间更早,住院时间更短(P<0.001)。观察组(2.86%)并发症总发生率比对照组(17.14%)低(P=0.046)。与护理前对比,两组护理后的心理功能、生理功能、社会功能评分较高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:在食管癌患者围术期开展快速康复护理有助于加快患者术后康复,减少并发症,提高其生活质量。
Objective:To analyze the effect of rapid rehabilitation care in the perioperative period of esophageal cancer patients.Method:Seventy esophageal cancer patients were included in the study,all of whom were admitted to the Tai'an Tumour Prevention and Treatment Hospital of Shandong Province from January 2022 to January 2024,and the patients were divided into control group(35 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(35 cases,rapid rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group)by random lottery method.The postoperative recovery,complications and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Result:Compared with the control group,the observation group had earlier time of first anal exhaust and first feeding after surgery,and had a shorter hospital stay(P<0.001).The total incidence of complications in the observation group(2.86%)was lower than that in the control group(17.14%)(P=0.046).Compared with before nursing,the scores of psychological,physiological and social functions in the two groups were higher(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Perioperative rapid recovery care for patients with esophageal cancer can help speed up postoperative recovery,reduce complications,and improve their quality of life.
