摘要
目的探讨信息-动机-行为技巧模型在酒精依赖患者健康教育中的应用。方法选取绵阳市某医院107例酒精依赖患者,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组(n=52例)和干预组(n=55例),对照组采用常规治疗和健康教育,干预组基于信息-动机-行为技巧模型进行干预,随访干预1年,比较2组患者的酒精依赖知识情况、生活质量情况及1年内复饮率情况。结果干预后,干预组患者的酒精依赖症状(72.73%)、知晓酒精依赖容易复发(83.64%)、坚持用药可预防复发(76.36%)、饮食知识(74.55%)、心理调节的重要性(69.09%)、定期复诊的重要性(78.18%)、日常康复锻炼的重要性(76.36%)等知识知晓率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组患者的躯体功能评分(53.65±10.37)分、心理功能评分(51.95±9.21)分、社会功能评分(53.71±9.73)分、物质生活评分(56.14±10.17)分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组患者1年内复饮率(25.45%)低于对照组复饮率(63.46%)(P<0.01)。结论将信息-动机-行为技巧模型应用于酒精依赖患者的健康教育,可以提高患者的酒精依赖知识水平,提高患者的生活质量,降低患者的复饮率。
Objective To explore the effect of health education intervention based on Information-Motivation-Behavioral skills model for alcohol dependence patients.Methods 107 alcohol dependence patients undertaking treatment in a hospital were recruited,and randomly divided into the control group(n=52)and intervention group(n=55),patients in the control group were received conventional treatment and health education,while the intervention group received intervention based on the information-motivation-behavioral skills model,all the patients were followed up for one year and the knowledge of alcohol dependence,generic quality of life,psychological craving and the status of drinking relapse were assessed before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the rate of the knowledge on the alcohol dependence symptoms(72.73%),easy to relapse(83.64%),prevent relapse(76.36%),diet(74.55%),the importance of psychological regulation(69.09%),the importance of regular reexamination(78.18%),the importance of daily rehabilitation exercise(76.36%)in the intervention were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The generic quality of life in physical function(53.65±10.37),mental function(51.95±9.21),social function(53.71±9.73)and material life(56.14±10.17)scores in the intervention group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The rate of drinking relapse in a year in the intervention group(25.45%)was lower than the control group(63.46%,P<0.01).Conclusion The intervention based on the information-motivation-behavioral skills model can improve the alcohol dependence knowledge,the generic quality of life and the psychological craving score,reduce the rate of drinking relapse.
