摘要
下古生界天然气资源丰富,但其伴生的高浓度硫化氢(H2S)气体对采气管道的腐蚀破坏风险也显著加剧,严重影响管道的运行安全和使用寿命。针对高含硫化氢采气环境下管道的腐蚀失效问题,系统分析了H2S腐蚀机理及其在特定温压、成分和流动条件下的表现形式,明确环境因素对腐蚀行为的多重耦合作用机制。通过对腐蚀影响因素的深入剖析,提出从材料选型、结构防护、阴极保护、脱硫脱水处理以及腐蚀监测等多维度协同优化的防护技术方案。结果表明,综合应用这些防护措施可以显著延长管道的使用寿命,并有效提高气田管道的安全性和稳定性,推动天然气产业安全发展。
The Lower Paleozoic contains abundant natural gas resources,but the associated high-concentration hydrogen sulfide(H2S)gas significantly exacerbates the corrosion risk of gas production pipelines,seriously affecting the operational safety and service life of pipelines.Aiming at the corrosion failure problem of pipelines in high H2S gas production environments,this study systematically analyzes the corrosion mechanism of H2S and its manifestations under specific temperature-pressure,composition,and flow conditions,clarifying the multi-coupling action mechanism of environmental factors on corrosion behavior.Through an in-depth analysis of corrosion influencing factors,a multi-dimensional collaborative optimization protection technical scheme is proposed,covering material selection,structural protection,cathodic protection,desulfurization and dehydration treatment,and corrosion monitoring.The results show that the comprehensive application of these protection measures can significantly extend the service life of pipelines,effectively improve the safety and stability of gas field pipelines,promote the safe development of the natural gas industry.
