摘要
为了确定某集气管道环焊缝开裂失效的原因,对失效样品进行了宏观形貌分析、理化性能试验、焊缝性能试验、断口微观形貌及能谱分析。结果表明,失效样品材料的理化性能均符合GB/T 9711—2017、SY/T 5257—2012和SY/T 4103—2006标准的要求;环焊缝部位存在长度为175 mm的裂纹,裂纹从环焊缝的内表面扩展至环焊缝的外表面,环焊缝开裂断口呈现脆性断裂特征,腐蚀产物中存在大量的S元素。管道服役时在内压作用下管道环焊缝部位存在轴向拉应力,因而在湿硫化氢与拉应力和焊接缺陷的综合作用下使管道的环焊缝部位发生了应力腐蚀开裂。
In order to determine the cause of cracking failure of a gas gathering pipeline girth weld,macroscopic morphology analysis,physical and chemical performance test,weld performance test,fracture microscopic morphology and energy spectrum analysis were carried out on the failed samples.The results show that the physical and chemical properties of the failed samples meet the requirements of GB/T 9711—2017,SY/T 5257—2012 and SY/T 4103—2006 standards.There is a crack with a length of 175 mm in the area of the girh weld,and the crack extends from the inner surface of the girth weld to the outer surface.The cracking fracture shows the characteristics of brittle fracture,and a large amount of S element exists in the corrosion product.When the pipeline was in service,there was axial tensile stress on the girth weld under the internal pressure,and thus stress corrosion cracking occurred under the combined effect of wet hydrogen sulfide,tensile stress and welding defects.
