摘要
广东工业大学环境工程学教学团队在教学内容优化调整、教学方法创新和校企合作协同育人等多项措施的基础上开展了产学研协同创新教学。经过近5年的教学实践,学生考评成绩理想,实践能力极大提升,取得了多项创新和学科竞赛成果;教学团队在科研和教研方面也取得了不错的成绩。校企合作和企业兼职教师进课堂等协同创新实践为教学改革提供了强大的助力,实现了高校教育直通学科前沿,同时与产业系统对接,对高校人才培养具有重要作用。
On the basis of various measures such as optimizing and adjusting teaching content,innovating teaching methods,and school enterprise cooperation,the teaching team of Environmental Engineering at Guangdong University of Technology has practiced collaborative innovation teaching in environmental engineering.After nearly 5 years of practice,students have achieved ideal evaluation results,greatly improved practical abilities,and achieved multiple innovative and disciplinary competition results.The teaching team has achieved good results in scientific research and teaching research.Collaborative innovation practices such as school enterprise cooperation and part-time enterprise teachers entering the classroom have provided strong support for teaching reform,achieving a direct connection between university education and the forefront of disciplines,while also connecting with the industrial system.This has significant practical significance in the talent cultivation process of universities.
