不利条件下大跨径山体隧道交叉口施工方法

摘要 主要研究隧道交叉口在存在不利条件的大跨径山体中的施工方法。依托苏州长江路南延工程七子山隧道工程,详细介绍了其从施工方法选择、施工方案编制、施工步序设计的具体内容,并提供了本工程的施工技术要求,包括钻爆法的采用、导洞顶板开挖高度的控制、超前小导管规格、循环施工与上挑施工规范、弧形门架纵梁选材等。在严格按照本施工方法执行施工后,该项目在规定时间内保质交付,实现了高效、高质量完成施工任务的目标。 This paper mainly investigates the construction methods for tunnel intersections in large-span mountainous areas with adverse conditions.Taking the Qizishan Tunnel Project of the Suzhou Changjiang Road South Extension Project as the basis,the paper provides a detailed introduction to the selection of construction methods,the preparation of construction plans,and the design of construction sequences.It also offers specific construction technical requirements for the project,including the application of drill-and-blast methods,control of the excavation height of the pilot tunnel roof,specifications for advance small guide pipes,regulations for cyclic construction and upward excavation,and the selection and specifications of arched portal frame longitudinal beams.After strictly following the construction methods outlined,the project was delivered on time and with high quality,achieving the goal of efficient and high-quality construction.
