镁基干燥剂的制备及吸湿性能研究

摘要 为探究氧化镁与氯化铵的反应过程,获得以氧化镁为原料制备高性能镁基干燥剂的最佳条件。以氧化镁为原料与氯化铵反应,研究配比、温度对转化过程(氧化镁到无水氯化镁)的影响,为后续制备镁基干燥剂骨料的条件设定提供依据。以氧化镁为原料,制备镁基干燥剂骨料,研究配比、温度对镁基干燥剂骨料吸湿性能的影响。将镁基干燥剂骨料与高吸水性树脂、稳定剂复配,测定不同组分的吸湿性能。结果表明:在温度535℃、n(MgO)∶n(NH_(4)Cl)=1∶5的条件下,氧化镁的转化程度最高,产物为高纯无水氯化镁。在温度450℃、n(MgO)∶n(NH_(4)Cl)=1∶2的条件下,镁基干燥剂骨料的综合吸湿性能最强,吸湿率达182%。复配后的镁基干燥剂吸湿性能表现均较良好,其中组分为镁基干燥剂骨料、分子筛、淀粉/聚丙烯酰胺的吸湿性能最佳,最高达到300%。制备出的镁基干燥剂吸湿效果强,污染性低,饱吸后性状优异。 The study explores the reaction process between magnesium oxide and ammonium chloride,and obtains the optimal conditions for preparing high-performance magnesium-based desiccants through using magnesium oxide as the raw material.The study uses magnesium oxide as the raw material to react with ammonium chloride,and analyzes the effects of the ratio and temperature on the conversion process(from magnesium oxide to anhydrous magnesium chloride),so as to provide a basis for the subsequent setting of conditions for the preparation of magnesium-based desiccant aggregates.Then the study prepares magnesium-based desiccant aggregates through using magnesium oxide as the raw material,and analyzes the effects of ratio and temperature on the moisture absorption performance of magnesium-based desiccant aggregates,combines the magnesium-based desiccant aggregate with super absorbent resin and stabilizer,and determines the moisture absorption performance of different components.The results show that under 535℃and n(MgO)∶n(NH_(4)Cl)=1∶5,the transformation degree of magnesium oxide is the highest,and the product is high-purity anhydrous magnesium chloride.Under 450℃and n(MgO)∶n(NH_(4)Cl)=1∶2,the comprehensive moisture absorption performance of magnesium-based desiccant aggregates is the strongest,with a moisture absorption rate of 182%.The moisture absorption performance of the compounded magnesium-based desiccants is all relatively good.Among them,the moisture absorption performance of the magnesium-based desiccant aggregate,molecular sieve,and starch/polyacrylamide components is the best,reaching up to 300%.The prepared magnesium-based desiccant has strong moisture absorption effect,low pollution,and excellent properties after full absorption.
