摘要
pH值变色织物一般难以对气体进行检测。研究通过光引发接枝整理,将反应性甲酚红、吸湿单体二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵等接枝整理到棉织物上,获得了变色吸湿织物。结果表明,该织物具有优异的吸湿性能,吸湿率最高可达21.2%,由于高吸湿性,该织物对碱性溶液和气态碱性物质(如氨气等)快速变色,60 s内由黄色完全变为紫色,并且该变色行为具有可逆性和可重复性;该变色织物被证明了可用于汗液pH值、食物腐败等的实时可视化监测等领域。
Fabrics with pH-induced discoloration are commonly impossible to response to gases.This study reports the fabrication of hygroscopic cotton fabrics with pH-induced discoloration from reactive pH indicator(cresol red)and hygroscopic dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride through grafting treatment.The fabrics show excellent moisture absorption performance,with moisture absorption capacity up to 21.2%.The hygroscopicity enables the fabrics to response to alkaline solution as well as gaseous alkaline substances(such as ammonia)rapidly.Upon contacting ammonia,the color of the fabrics changes from yellow to purple within 60 seconds,and the color change is reversible and repeatable.The hygroscopic fabrics with pH-induced discoloration have been verified effective to monitor pH of sweat and spoilage of foods.
