高效液相色谱法同时测定复合助剂中抗氧剂及爽滑剂的含量

Simultaneous Determination of Content of Antioxidant and Slipping Agent in Compound Additives by HPLC

摘要 建立一种同时测定复合助剂中抗氧剂1076、抗氧剂168及芥酸酰胺含量的分析方法。样品经高搅粉碎、超声萃取处理后,待测组分完全溶解于提取液中,再采用高效液相色谱法对溶液中抗氧剂及爽滑剂作定量分析。色谱条件为:ZORBAX SB-C18(5μm,4.6 mm×150.0 mm)色谱柱;流动相为甲醇-乙腈梯度洗脱;流速1.5 mL/min;检测波长205 nm;柱温40℃;进样量20μL。结果表明:抗氧剂1076、抗氧剂168和芥酸酰胺在相应质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(R2)均不低于0.999 3,加标回收率为97.08%~106.92%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.80%~2.36%。表明该分析方法精密度和准确性较好,操作简单,分析速度较快,可用于在线监测复合助剂生产加工过程中抗氧剂和爽滑剂的实时含量,从而有效提升产品品质。 An analytical method was established for the simultaneous determination of antioxidant 1076,antioxidant 168,and erucamide content in composite additives.After the samples were processed by high-speed grinding and ultrasonic extraction,the analytes were completely dissolved in the extract.High-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was then used for quantitative analysis of the antioxidants and slip agents in the solution.The chromatographic conditions were as follows:ZORBAX SB-C18(5μm,4.6 mm×150.0 mm)column,mobile phase of gradient elution with methanol and acetonitrile,flow rate of 1.5 mL/min,detection wavelength of 205 nm,column temperature of 40°C,and injection volume of 20μL.The results showed that antioxidant 1076,antioxidant 168,and erucamide exhibited good linear relationships within their respective mass concentration ranges,with correlation coefficients(R2)all above 0.9993.The spiked recovery rates were between 97.08%and 106.92%,and the relative standard deviations(RSD)were between 1.80%and 2.36%.This indicates that the analytical method has good precision and accuracy,is simple to operate,and has a fast analysis speed.It can be used for real-time monitoring of the content of antioxidants and slip agents during the production and processing of composite additives,thereby effectively improving product quality.
